was incorporated in 2006. The real estate agency has a professional team who provide real estate brokerage and advising activities in Warsaw and in the neighbourhood. The staff and real estate agents who work at our agency bring years of experience, as well as extensive knowledge of finances, law and other specialist areas for the benefit of our clients.

Our name NOTABIL
comes from the Latin word notabilis, or “trustworthy”, which is what we aspire to be for our clients. While rendering our services, we act according to our best knowledge, working on proved listings offered as part of the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS, which gathers the top real estate agencies all over Poland.

We are members of the Warsaw Real Estate Agents Associations and the MLS.
